TEACH EARTH - Who We Are
We are 12 teachers of a variety of subjects in K-12 who connected with researchers at the University of Nevada Reno through EARTHWATCH to learn about conducting environmental research on how climate change is affecting caterpillars in Nevada. For one week, we engaged in real field research and empowered ourselves with knowledge we need to help conserve the planet. As teachers from around the United States, we intend to apply this knowledge inside classrooms and outside on our campuses to educate and inspire the next generation in sustainable environmental practices to save the world.
